Website development for Talent Q

May 2012 – April 2015

Whilst working as the Digital & Content Manager at Talent Q, I managed two key website projects:

  • The design and development of a new candidate support website (trytalentq.com).
  • The redevelopment of the corporate website (talentqgroup.com – no longer active).

This included:

  • Running requirements sessions with the senior management team and other key stakeholders.
  • Producing project briefs and implementation plans.
  • Researching, shortlisting and selecting an appropriate web development agency and new CMS (Umbraco).
  • Inputting to the design of the new web templates.
  • Managing the development and implementation of the CMS and websites.
  • Conducting content audits and developing the new information architecture.
  • Writing new and editing existing content.
  • Creating page layouts and uploading content in the CMS.

Below are examples of the website page designs.

“Lynne is highly professional and versatile. She understands how to use great content and intuitive design together to deliver the right message or experience to the right audience. Her versatility means she can write compelling content across a range of channels whether that be on websites, social media, articles, white papers, client systems or interpretative reports. Her in depth knowledge of all things digital means she can work effectively with all stakeholders, whether they are IT, marketing or a senior business leader.”

Claire Rahmatallah, Marketing Director, Talent Q Ltd

Please note: Since these projects were completed, Talent Q has been acquired by Korn Ferry. The talentqgroup.com website is no longer active, and the trytalentq.com website has been rebranded but still contains the original content. The screenshots above show the original and current branding of trytalentq.com.
