  • Content strategy: Defining business objectives and priorities, identifying target audiences and user requirements, mapping user journeys, determining content types and delivery channels, and developing content creation and publishing schedules.
  • CMS selection and configuration: Identifying and prioritising CMS functionality requirements, reviewing and selecting appropriate systems, working with development teams on CMS implementation, making suggestions for improvements and new features, configuring CMS settings and creating page layouts and content blocks.
